Menu for Mars is an ongoing investigation into the potential dishes that may one day allow explorers to subsist on a Martian colony. For this workshop, Anna Dabney Smith and I demonstrated a Mars–viable version of Lahpet Thote, a Burmese fermented tea leaf salad. |
